Full payment is due at the time of booking unless a payment plan has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. VIP days are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. Prices are as communicated at the time of booking and are subject to change for future engagements.

Done-For-You Agency Services

A setup fee is due before work begins. Monthly retainer payments are due on the first of each month. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services if a payment is more than 7 days past due. Continued non-payment may result in termination of services per Section 10.

Payment Plans

Where payment plans are offered, all installments are due on the agreed schedule. Failure to make installment payments may result in suspension of services and the full remaining balance becoming immediately due.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services — which involve significant preparation time, intellectual work, and delivery of personalized strategy — we maintain the following refund policy:

Practice Growth Assessment ($47)

Non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows forfeit the assessment fee.

VIP Strategy Days

Non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to cancel more than 72 hours before your scheduled session, we will offer a one-time reschedule. Cancellations within 72 hours of the session forfeit the full fee.

Done-For-You Agency Services

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly retainer fees paid in advance are non-refundable for the current month if services have been initiated. You may cancel ongoing retainer services with 30 days written notice.

Free Resources

No payment is associated with our free video series, community access, or other free resources. These are provided at our discretion and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Results Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific results from our services. Business outcomes depend on many factors including your implementation of our recommendations, market conditions, your existing practice infrastructure, and factors outside our control. Any revenue figures or outcomes mentioned in our marketing materials represent our own results or those of specific clients and are not guaranteed for all clients.

8. Intellectual Property

All content created by Campaigns to Cash — including but not limited to video content, written frameworks, templates, email copy, campaign structures, training materials, and course content — is the intellectual property of Campaigns to Cash and Dr. Alison DeMiero.
